Preheat the oven to 200 °C. From the paper for baking, cut into pieces - 4 pieces length 25-30 cm, depending on the size of your fillet. On each paper put a piece of butter, 1 fillet, greens, salt-to pepper and put a slice of lemon.

All this style company to wrap up a very thick envelope in paper and put bake for about 20 minutes.
step-2
While fish is baking, prepare sauce. If the fish was intact, then take the remaining from profiling the skins, trim, etc. and cook for 10 minutes fish broth. In a saucepan pour the onions, pour the broth and wine, bring to a boil and continue to boil on high heat until the liquid is slightly thickened ( about 15 minutes ). Then add the cream, reduce the heat to medium, boil until thick, stirring occasionally. If the cream was not too thick, you can pour a couple of tablespoons of grated cheese. Sauce off and pour pot. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes. I added 2 teeth of garlic, but not necessarily.
step-3
Fish to get, deploy, remove the lemon and herbs.
step-4
