Spicy carrot-oatmeal bread
These cakes are for lovers nepritorny wet baking with the addition of gingerbread spices. The carrot adds richness and moisture of the flour I substituted oatmeal. It was a very interesting dessert bread that is well suited to a leisurely Sunday Breakfast with the whole family.

Ingredients

Before you start cooking the dough turn the oven to warm up (t 200-205 degrees). Form for baking grease with vegetable oil and the bottoms vystelim baking paper. The volume of glass for measuring ingredients 250 ml. In a suitable dish mix all the dry ingredients for the dough: flour, oatmeal, salt, soda, baking powder, sugar and spices. Sugar to taste you can add more, but you need to remember that the carrots and raisins add sweetness. In addition, the finished bread I want to impregnate with a syrup, but more on that later.

In a separate bowl whisk the eggs and soft butter (you can hand whisk), while continuing to whisk, pour in the yogurt.

Raisins pour hot water and leave for 10 minutes, after which water is drained. Nuts chop with a knife or grind in a blender to desired consistency. I chop the nuts coarsely.

To measure out the grated carrot, stamps it in the glass, but not very much. For the right amount I needed three carrots, such as in the photo.

Combine the dry and liquid ingredients, stir with a whisk until a homogeneous thick dough without lumps. Then add the nuts, raisins and carrots.

The finished dough was thick and lumpy by adding raisins and coarsely chopped walnuts.

Spread the dough forms, filling them 2/3 of the height. During baking the bread will grow significantly. I used the silicone portion is rectangular in shape and two round molds for baking "attendants." Bake bread in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until dry skewers.

The finished loaves give a little stand in the forms, and then put them on the grill. The bread can be sprinkled with powdered sugar, but they need to be completely cooled. I decided part of the bread to soak with lemon syrup, so while the bread was baked, I mixed sugar and water, brought to a boil and prevarila syrup until the sugar is dissolved, then add the thin lemon slices and continued to cook the syrup for another 10 minutes. Hot bread I got a toothpick and soaked the resulting syrup. Put on top of lemon slices and left the product to cool then sprinkle with icing sugar.
