Ingredients

  • Pollock

    4 piece

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Sour cream

    5 Tbsp

  • Basil

  • Cheese sausage

    50 g

  • Parsley

  • Dill

  • Khmeli-suneli

  • Salt

  • Broth

    200 ml

Cooking

The fish boil for 3-5 minutes.

Sour diluted fish broth (left after cooking fish). Add salt and Khmeli-suneli.

Pour the sour cream into the baking tray to the chopped fish and bake at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes with a cooking start input cheese grated on a coarse grater, finely chopped herbs and Basil. Bake for another 5 minutes.
