Biscuit white classic
It's soft, fluffy cake from childhood! Very easy recipe and simple ingredients that is always home.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    1 cup

  • Vanilla

  • Powdered sugar

Step 1. Training. Prepare all foods, eggs must be at room temperature. Prepare form.

Step 2. You must separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the whites on the lowest speed of the mixer. Slowly add sugar and add vanilla.

Step 4. To clean mixer and gradually add to the bowl with the egg mixture the flour, gently stirring with a spoon in the direction from the bottom up. Stir until then, until you break up the lumps of flour.

Step 5. The finished dough pour in the form and send in a preheated 200°C oven for 20-25 minutes.

Step 6. As the time to take out the form, flip the biscuit onto a plate and allow to cool. To decorate our cake, you can use powdered sugar.
