Potato pizza dough
Very tasty and, most importantly, soft pizza dough made from potatoes, it is suitable for any filling.

Ingredients

  • Sausage

    200 g

  • Soft cheese

    50 g

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    3 Tbsp

  • Potatoes

    9 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

Boil the potatoes in their skins, then peel it and RUB on a coarse grater.

Then add to the potatoes 2 eggs, salt, sugar (to taste), stir and add flour to make dough.

Then roll out the pastry on a baking sheet, grease it with mayonnaise and tomato paste (tomato paste, because it tastes nicer and it feels more and more delicious than regular ketchup), and lay out your filling - one that I have is tomatoes, roughly chopped, and the sausage, sliced into circles, then the filling I spread mayonnaise on top and spread grated cheese.

And the last step: I put the pizza in a preheated oven 180*C for 30 minutes. Bon appetit :)
