Rice with spinach and nuts
A delicious and hearty side dish or entree for dinner. Red rice for white and richer taste with soy sauce looks prettier.

Ingredients

  • Figure

    1 cup

  • Water

    2 cup

  • Spinach

    0.5 coup

  • Green onions

    3 sprig

  • Pine nuts

    1 handful

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Rice pour boiling water in the ratio of 1H2 and cook until al dente.

Green chop onions and gently warm the oil together with nuts.

Add the coarsely chopped spinach and sprinkle with lemon juice. Mix and allow the spinach to wilt.

Add the rice, pour soy sauce TM "Kikkoman" give the rich taste and warm up all together a few moments.

Serve hot with vegetable salad and a glass of white wine.
