Spring is approaching... less you want hearty meat dishes. More like vegetables. And, of course, want new tastes and new recipes. This recipe I saw on one of the sites. I want to share with you the result!

Cooking
Shinkuem cabbage. Pour into the pan vegetable oil and fry the cabbage 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then add 3-4 tablespoons of water, cover, low down the heat and simmer the cabbage until tender, stirring occasionally. I added a vegetable salad (dried vegetables).
Pour the eggs into the cabbage, salt, pepper and mix well. Keep on heat for another couple of minutes.
Place the cabbage in a refractory form, greased with butter. Sprinkle the cabbage with grated cheese. Put in a preheated 200 degree oven. When the cheese is nicely browned, take out of the oven.
