Yeast mini bagels with nut filling
Despite the fact that the site already has a lot of different recipes for bagels, I still dare to offer you your option! Perhaps someone will like my recipe. Indeed, despite the ease of preparation, these bagels turn out very tasty, tender and crispy!

Ingredients

  • Butter

    125 g

  • Sour cream

    125 g

  • Yeast

    25 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Walnuts

    25 piece

  • Sugar

    125 g

  • Cinnamon

    2 Tbsp

  • Powdered sugar

    2 Tbsp

Put into a bowl soft butter, sour cream, fresh yeast, vanilla sugar and flour.
