Pies persimmon
On a par with tangerines persimmons for us - the "new"fruit (or berry?). Try to cook cakes of tender dough with a crispy crust and fragrant orange filling.

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    450 ml

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Persimmon

    1 piece

  • Potato starch

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

  • Vegetable oil

  • Powdered sugar

Cooking

Mix the yogurt, sour cream, egg, salt, soda.

Pour a Cup of flour, mix well to avoid lumps, gradually add the remaining flour. Flour may take more or less because it is all different. The dough should not be too steep, it gets a little sticky.
