Leg of chicken with onions and eggplant
A minimum of ingredients and spices and maximum flavor. Soy sauce marinade Teriyaki TM Kikkoman and a small bunch of cilantro in this dish create an amazing harmony of taste and aroma, which do not require additions. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • The chicken legs

    4.5 piece

  • Red onion

    4 piece

  • Eggplant

    10 piece

  • Cilantro

    1 coup

  • Melted butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Sauce-marinade

    30 ml

Cooking

Ingredients. Wash and peel the onions and eggplant. Legs wash and dry.

Arrange on a heated pan with oil, heat. Put chicken legs, skin-side down and fry to blush.

Coarsely chop onions and eggplant.

Flip chicken and fry a little. Cover and roast until tender, about 15 minutes. Then remove the lid and fry on both sides until brown. Put ready chicken on a platter.

Chopped vegetables put into a pan, where roasted chicken legs. Stir and add the soy sauce marinade Teriyaki TM Kikkoman.

Actively stir fry the vegetables on high heat, then reduce the heat, cover and simmer the vegetables a few minutes until cooked eggplant. The onions in this preparation is crisp and eggplant is soft, but Zelenka. Add the chopped cilantro and stir.
