Meat in Hebrew
Recipe found in a magazine, the name was kept as it was. I tried to cook, the whole family loved it. The dish turns out very hearty, you can eat hot or cold. Does not require much investment of time and money.

Ingredients

  • Meat

    600 g

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    3 Tbsp

  • Potato starch

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

Cut in small cubes meat.

Finely dice the onion. (I was crushed in food processor)

Meat and onion mix, add the mayonnaise, starch, eggs, salt and pepper to taste. Put on 2-2. 5 hours in the refrigerator.
