Pie complete my improvisation and "forced" experiment. It was necessary to dispose of the yogurt, so decided to bake the usual cake with cherries. Rushed, and flour, then 200 grams, and in the store Oh how was too lazy to go. Found in the bins of semolina (small bag 250 grams), purchased for a recipe (remember that the price bite, compared to semolina 1 kg) and naturally forgotten. Thought why not and added it in place of the missing cake flour. It was very tasty and the conclusion made, yet the semolina, not the same as our decoy, I saw the difference. As they say, feel the difference. Just because the pie I liked the taste, I decided to share it, and so plain and simple but very tasty. I got a large cake in the shape of 32 cm, if you decide to cook, but for you it is too large, then reduce the ingredients accordingly.

Cooking
In a bowl, combine the sugar, condensed milk (I had leftovers, you can substitute sugar), softened butter, whisk. Add eggs, yogurt, baking powder, vanilla, salt, whisk. To the resulting mass add semolina, stir, leave for 15 minutes. Then add the flour and stir again. The dough is ready, it turns like thick cream. I have not all photos because I never thought that I recipe to put.
Prepare the form in which we bake a cake. Coat thoroughly with butter and sprinkle semolina/flour. Spread the batter in the pan, even out. Spread the cherries/currants/nuts to taste, slightly utaplivaja them in the batter. In a preheated 180°C oven send the cake to bake for 40-50 minutes (watch your oven). After the desired time, remove pie and let cool in the form.
When serving you can sprinkle with powdered sugar or serve with whipped cream, if desired. We were just so delicious and with the cold compote.
