I love baking soda, and pancakes on the mineral water, and bagels, and cookies in the beer, even the Napoleon of the beer test. But this time the white Ochakov kvass, sour and rye flour I have at home inspired by the recipe delicious and very quick bread. A recipe for just a snapshot while the oven heats, quickly knead the dough is soft, easy to work with, requires no podpira of flour when rolling out - and so the kitchen remains clean, or even greasing the pan with oil. Brew bread - a summer snack, snack, snack on a picnic.

Mix the brew with the oil, at this stage you can add salt, a little sugar, nothing added.
Add the flour and knead the dough. It's soft, obedient, supple
I added caraway seeds and chopped dill.
Roll out the dough and cut the biscuits, I used a knife, beaten with a thickness of about 3 mm
Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes, the readiness check with a fork. If dry longer, be dry and crispy cookies, thicker - soft and layered. Serve with kvass, we still have a lot left in the bottle)
