Brochette-frites chicken breast on a skewer
Spit in French- brochette-frites. This word was the name for the kebabs, which are made from small pieces of meat or chicken. Small pieces of chicken breast marinated very quickly.

  • Soy sauce

Take a chicken breast. Wash and dry the meat. Fillet separated from the bones.
