Cooking
Take a chicken breast. Wash and dry the meat. Fillet separated from the bones.
Slice the chicken fillet into thin strips.
Prepare the marinade: vegetable oil, soy sauce, coriander, red hot pepper, black sesame seeds and seasoning for chicken, "Forester".
In the cooked marinade to put the sliced strips of chicken fillet and leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
To prepare wooden skewers (soak them in water). Marinated strips of chicken fillet strung "snake" on wooden skewers.
