Beef brisket on the grill for a picnic
For the most part, the Housewives of such meat, make hearty soups and broths... but when I want to sit with friends and chew the meat on the bone I make a beef brisket on the grill.

Ingredients

  • Brisket

    2 kg

  • Seasoning

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    5 tooth

  • Mustard

    2 Tbsp

  • Brown sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    0.5 cup

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Take the beef brisket is meat laced with layers of fat and requires long cooking.

Prepare the marinade: chop the garlic, add the mustard, brown sugar, ground black pepper, salt and seasoning for the meat from the "FORESTER" (with Jamaican pepper and juniper), olive oil.

In the meat to make shallow cuts, RUB with marinade and put them in the bag for marinating from "FORESTER", put in the fridge for 24 hours.

Marinated beef spread on a baking tray-grill from "FORESTER" and put it on the grill. Cooking on an open fire with no high temperature until ready.
