Pancakes with beef stew
A feast for meat – pancakes filled with tender, melting in the mouth meat with thick, fragrant sauce.

Ingredients

  • Damn

  • Vegetable oil

  • Rib of beef

    1500 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    3 sprig

  • Carrots

    3 piece

  • Tomato

    800 g

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Parsley

    0.5 coup

  • Rosemary

    2 sprig

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

  • Semi-dry red wine

    2 cup

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Ingredients.

1. With edges cut the fat and fry them in vegetable oil in a saucepan with a thick bottom until Golden brown. Remove to a separate plate.

2. In the same pan fry the onions, cut into medium size pieces. When the onion becomes transparent, add the cubes of carrot and chopped celery. Season with salt and pepper and cook, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes. Tomatoes peel and finely chop. Add to the pot with the vegetables and simmer for 3 minutes over low heat. Add chopped garlic and sauté for a minute.

3. Pour in wine, add Bay leaf, chopped parsley and rosemary, stir and heat a minute. Add salt and pepper to taste. Return the meat to the pan with the vegetables. Pour in enough water so meat is covered with liquid.

4. Simmer over low heat for 3 hours. If necessary, add water.

5. Ready to get the meat from the sauce and divide into fibres. The meat will be very soft, the bones will separate themselves, and to separate the fibers even with a spoon.

6. Wrap the meat in pancakes. For the filling, best pancakes on the water without milk.
