Dessert
This year, March 8 fell on Shrove Tuesday, so I decided to make dessert crepes. Pancakes with cottage cheese filling with berries and fruit – it is delicious. And if they pour a gentle cream mousse – delicious doubly.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Milk

    150 ml

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Water

    150 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    170 g

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Kiwi

    1 piece

  • Peach

    2 piece

  • Cherry

    27 piece

  • Sour cream

    400 g

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Gelatin

    15 g

  • Juice

    130 ml

Cooking

Peaches and cherries to drain in a colander. Beat eggs. Add the room temperature milk, sugar, salt and again vzbit.

Add flour through a sieve (parts), stirring with a whisk, then gradually the water, stirring constantly. Add the vegetable oil "Oleyna" fry the pancakes. I used 6 pancakes.

Soak gelatine in a little water for 30 minutes. The cheese with sugar and sour cream to blend.

On one side of the pancakes spread the cheese, put on top of the kiwi

peach (cherries) and wrap the pancake into a tube.

Do fill. In sour cream add the sugar, whisk.

Cherry juice with the gelatin heated to dissolve (do not boil!), pour in the cream, stir.

The form dimmed with cling film. On the bottom, pour a little fill. I'm sending in the fridge to harden. Lay out the pancakes, pour the filling. The next layer of pancakes

Again fill fill. Remove the dessert in the fridge for a few hours and preferably overnight.
