Braised chicken hearts in a cream sauce
There are many dishes made from chicken offal. My favorite recipe suitable for chicken hearts and chicken liver. It is very simple, maybe that's why so delicious? ;-)

Ingredients

  • The pie

    500 g

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    300 ml

  • Salt

  • Curry

  • Rosemary

  • Sunflower oil

Cooking

Chicken hearts roll in flour and lay out on a hot pan with simmering sunflower oil

Properly fry on one side, flip to the other

Add salt, curry (I have a spice-based curry), rosemary (not a lot, so how can he kill the whole taste)

Fry well, turning the hearts. Add sour cream, stir.

Cover with a lid and tormented on low heat for 10 more minutes.
