Fried meat in garlic-milk sauce
Gentle creamy taste and a light garlic flavor - simple and tasty dish!

Ingredients

  • Meat

    500 g

  • Vegetable oil

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Milk

    2 cup

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Greens

  • Pine nuts

Cooking

Cut the meat into strips and

fry lightly in vegetable oil.

Onion cut into half rings and

add to the meat. Fry together with meat even a little bit (2-3 minutes).
