A great side dish to meat steak. First tried cooked spinach at one of the restaurants. Loved it...

Ingredients

  • Onion

    200 g

  • Butter

    40 g

  • Spinach

    400 g

  • Cream

    200 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Nutmeg

  • Dutch cheese

    50 g

Onions finely chop.

Melt the butter in a frying pan.

Fry the prepared onion in butter until Golden brown. Butter will give Luke the "caramel" taste.

Put on "candy" onions spinach.

2 minutes after putting some of the spinach, add to pan with cream.

Spinach is cooked almost instantly, so immediately add the cream, salt, pepper black or white (to taste) and nutmeg. We prepare our dish for no longer than 5 minutes. Cover the pan with a lid and allow the dish to rest for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, we spread our spinach in the dish, sprinkle with grated hard cheese. Our dish is ready. Bon appetit.
