Pancakes with rice and ham
Filling crepes with a filling of rice, ham, cheese and beyond. Perfectly complements the spring rolls Golden brown.

Ingredients

  • Damn

    6 piece

  • Sunflower oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Ham

    200 g

  • Cheese

    80 g

  • Figure

    0.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Ginger

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

To pre-bake the pancakes and allow to cool.

Ham rubbed on a coarse grater.

On a fine grater to RUB cheese and add to the ham.

Eggs RUB on a coarse grater. Mix with ham and cheese.

Add boiled rice. Mix well.

Add garlic, salt and pepper, ground ginger. Mix well.

On pancake put a little stuffing. Turn in envelopes.

With the addition of sunflower oil TM Oleina fry the pancake wrappers on both sides until Golden brown. Pancakes serve warm.
