Cooking
The products that we need. the first thing I pour poppy seeds with boiling water, dried it a bit and grind with sugar.
Curd grind in any convenient way (I do it in the chopper)
Mix cheese, sugar, poppy seeds, candied fruits, if the filling is watery, then you need to add 1 tbsp flour
Spread the filling on the edge of the pancake
Put the pancake rolls stuffed with snail
For filling, mix sour cream, sugar, egg, flour
Snail pour the sour cream mixture and send in a preheated 220 deg to Browning (I have 20 min.)
