If you bake pancakes in the oven, it turns out tasty and very tender dish, as all the ingredients are well steamed. Of course the filling can be any, but better than unsweetened, but I share my version of the filling.

Cooking
Bake pancakes on your favorite recipe, preferably to bake thin pancakes that they are well folded in rolls.
Grate on a coarse grater carrots, finely chopped onions. In sunflower oil I fried the carrots with the onions for about 7 minutes.
Boiled goose liver cut into medium-sized pieces. Mix the liver with vegetables.
Add salt, black pepper and garlic, mix well. Filling for pancakes ready.
On the edge of the pancake put 2 tbsp filling.
Put rolls in a baking dish.
Mix the eggs, milk and rice flakes. This is a fill for casseroles.
Pour pancake rolls and sprinkle with grated cheese. Place in oven and bake 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees. To the table file in the form of heat.
