Cooking

step-0
Here are the basic products that we need. The cabbage, I buy ready-made at the store, in the photo only package.
step-1
The cabbage a little to be rinsed in running water, decant and pour into a wide saucepan, pour the wine and add water so that liquid covers the cabbage. Cover and simmer until soft. It took me about 30 minutes.
step-2
Apples, the better, of course, that was sourer, grate on a coarse grater, add a handful of washed raisins. Add the apples to the cabbage and simmer until tender about 15-20 minutes.
step-3
Onion (if no red, then it will come down and common) to slice and fry in butter. Once the onion is ready, add the flour. Fry, stirring to make a sauce, which we thicken the cabbage.
step-4
Sauce add the cabbage, stir, add salt, add a little sugar to taste. That's all. Can be served with roast goose or duck. Don't forget to open a bottle of red wine. I guarantee you that this will be a dish from good Prague restaurant.
step-5
Can be served with schnitzel or chop chop. This cabbage is friends with any meat and is in excellent relations with mashed potatoes. Your guests will surely ask you the recipe! Bon appetit!
