Pork with tomatoes and olives
Great homemade dish, simple but at the same time spicy

Ingredients

  • Pork

    500 g

  • Green olives

    30 g

  • Tomato

    200 g

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Feta

    60 g

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Leeks

    150 g

  • Basil

Cooking

Pork cut into slices and lightly whisk them, add to a baking dish and sprinkle with pepper

Using a brush, coat the pork pieces with soy sauce, close the form with foil and put to marinate for a few hours

Feta cheese connect with sour cream using a blender

Finely slice the leeks, tomatoes cut into slices and place on top of meat

From top to grease it all with a cream of feta and sour cream, olives cut into rings and scatter randomly

Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 40 minutes, serve with a leaf of Basil
