Cooking
Potatoes well washed and cut in half. One potato half and put a thin slice of cheese.
Then thinly sliced the garlic.
Cover with other half, wrap in bacon. Put a sprig of thyme.
Wrap it in foil.
On hot coals put the grill pan on the Forester. It spread the potatoes and bake for about 40 minutes.
