Yeast pancakes
Fluffy pancakes for afternoon snack, with a banana and raisins.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    350 g

  • Yeast

    1.5 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Banana

    1 piece

  • Vanilla

    1.5 g

  • Raisins

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Milk

    1 cup

Cooking

In warm milk, enter the sugar, yeast and flour 100gramm. Mix thoroughly and put into a warm place for 30 minutes.

In the ready dough injected salt, raisins (previously seen in boiling water), banana (grated on a fine grater), vanilla, and oil.

Then add sifted remaining flour.

On a hot butter pan, spread the batter as circles.

Fry on both sides, on low heat.
