Pie-Changeling for all fans of quince and nuts. Tender, flavorful, crumbly. Help yourself!!!

Cooking
Quince good wash. Cut in half. Remove the core and cut into slices.
In a pan melt the sugar with water.
Quickly pour the caramel into the mold, smoothed it over. Put the quinces, fill in all the space. Cover with foil and in preheated oven for 30 minutes at 180 C.
During this time, prepare the dough. Sugar RUB with soft butter.
Add the baking powder, vanilla, chopped nuts, flour. At the end pour the water. Stir it carefully.
Take out carefully from the oven the mold, remove the foil. Spread a spoonful of the pastry and even out.
Return back to the oven at 180 C until browned. Take out and immediately turn over onto a plate.
