Cooking
For cooking I recommend to take chicken thighs, it is more delicate than the breast. Grind the meat using a blender or finely chop.
Onion, cut into very small cubes and fry in butter (1 tbsp) until transparent.
To the onions add the finely chopped mushrooms. Mix everything.
Add finely cut garlic and simmer for 3 minutes. Allow to cool for a few minutes.
Add to chicken stuffing fried mushrooms.
Stir add soy sauce "Kikkoman" and tomato sauce.
Bread, I have "gray", pound into crumbs with a blender, add in the mince, also add the cream. All mix well.
Wet hands of minced meat make patties and fry in oil on both sides until it will turn brown. Total frying time is about 10 minutes.
