Pumpkin pancake
If the fall was a good crop of pumpkins, in the winter time oven pumpkin pancake. Pancake make for a beautiful Sunny color, soft, porous, light and very useful. Perfect quick Breakfast for children and adults

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    200 g

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Milk

    2 cup

  • Butter

    40 g

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Leavening agent

    10 g

The pumpkin bake. I'm doing this in a slow cooker. It takes about 20 min.

Now the pumpkin blend

Add eggs, sugar, salt. Whisk. Now add flour with baking powder, milk and melted butter.

All mix well. The dough should be thicker than crepes but thinner than pancakes. Optionally, you can add cinnamon

Bake pancakes on a moderately heated pan. As soon as bubbles appear turn over immediately. The main thing is not to perepechi, otherwise the pancakes will not be as tender and juicy. I, unfortunately, did not work smooth delicate crust. But the taste is not affected.

Serve with honey, maple syrup. Combines very well with chocolate plum jam. Bon appetit!
