Cooking
For preparation of sourdough pancakes using buckwheat from TM "Mistral".
Buckwheat rinse well, boil in 2 cups water until tender. Cool
In warm milk add the yeast and a tablespoon of flour, stir and leave for 15-20 minutes.
To yeast mixture add egg, salt, cooled porridge, olive oil and remaining flour. Flour may need more, but generally the dough is quite sticky.
Spread the batter in the bowl, cover with film or a towel and leave in a warm place to rise.
When the dough came, obtinem it on the table podpylenny flour. Form a sausage and cut into segments.
Forming a small pellet and do the bars with a knife, or just pinned with a fork. If not pinned, they will rise and will, like buns.
And you can roll it out on the table in a single layer and cut out circles. I did a little more adult and cut a small "noses" for the kids.
T bake at 200C until Golden brown 20-25 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
Goes well with pate or cream cheese.
