Mint-lemon steak chicken thighs
There are times when outing on a picnic spontaneously. In such situations, the magic wand is the chicken, which on the one hand in itself is gentle and does not require long marinating, and on the other hand, very well absorbs the flavors of spices and seasonings. I propose a very interesting marinade. Lemon chicken is always "friends" and mint will give the chicken an unusually fresh and creative. Well, the choice of chicken thighs instead of Breasts, though not the dietary solution, but it allows you to get an incredibly juicy result.

Ingredients

  • Chicken thigh

    6 piece

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Mint

    3 piece

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

Cooking
