Cooking
Cut ribs into serving pieces of 3-4 ribs. I must say that the amount of ingredients I presented to three servings, and cooked one, because in my family no one except me likes the ribs.
Prepare the marinade of soy sauce, vegetable oil (it needs quite a bit because the ribs are already fat, but vegetable oil will allow the spices to open up better), cognac, honey, balsamic vinegar, hot pepper sauce (if not, then add ground red pepper, but the sauce is better), freshly ground black pepper and cinnamon (my cinnamon sticks, I grate the incredible aroma).
All the ingredients of marinade break the emulsion.
Put ribs in the bag and pour the marinade. The bag being shaken. This technique gives the possibility to evenly distribute the marinade. I had a package, not a toothpick and I marinate in it. Marinate 2 to 8 hours, periodically peretryahivaya package.
If the meat is marinated in the conventional package, then put it together with the marinade in the sleeve for zapekanija. Send ribs in the oven for 40-60 minutes depending on the thickness of the piece.
Then cut the package and bake for 20-30 minutes, occasionally basting segregated juice.
Part of the juice with the marinade molded. Allow to settle a couple of minutes and remove the top excess fat.
Well bring down into a homogeneous mass
The sauce lubricates the ribs for 10 minutes before end of baking.
Pour a glass of cold beer and enjoy terribly unhealthy, but so tasty dinner! Nothing sometimes can afford :) Bon appetit!
