Fluffy pancakes with sausage

That would not throw away soured milk, often spoil their boys in the family "meat&am p;quot; pancakes ;) I Added ham but the taste was not so smoked, so popular in the recipe for sausage, the usual Hanoverian. Ingredients

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Sausage

    3 piece

  • Yogurt

    2 cup

  • Soda slaked vinegar

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Sunflower oil

Cooking

Mix eggs in bowl with sugar and salt.

Beat with a mixer or whisk, not necessarily in the foam, enough to a smooth consistency.

Pour in bowl with eggs two cups of yogurt or sour milk. Attention!!! Sour milk only natural! (Many manufacturers the production of milk is carried out dry, while souring it is bitter and not minimized)

Pour gradually the flour and stir until the consistency of thick cream.

Am I bothering with a mixer - so it does not remain lumps.

Cut into small pieces, the sausages, fry a bit, cool it down and only then added to the batter.

Mix well the batter and add soda, slaked vinegar. Gently incorporate the liquid into the dough.

Leave the dough for 5-7 minutes to ripen. Just as warming up a frying pan. The dough is ready when there are formed voids, as in yeast. The stronger the heated oil, the less it will absorb the batter.

On a heated pan pour portions of the dough (about a little more than a tablespoon)

Fry on medium heat until Golden brown. Tip: place the top dough on oladushki crude - not wait when it will be baked through. Immediately turn as soon as browned the underside, then they will be more lush.
