Cooking
Prepare the products.
In a Cup put the sugar and 2 tbsp flour. Pour the yeast. Add the warm milk. Stir. Leave for 10-15 minutes.
Then add eggs, salt, vegetable oil. Stir. Add the sifted flour and knead the dough. Cover with a towel and leave for 15-20 minutes.
Prepare the filling. Finely chop the onion, potato - straws. In a Cup put sauerkraut, ground meat, onions and potatoes. Add salt and black pepper. Mix well.
Roll out the dough in small cakes, put them in 2 tbsp of the filling. Suscipiam our cakes.
Put our pies seam down on a greased baking sheet. Cover with a towel and leave for 30-35 minutes. Then grease with egg and put in preheated oven. Bake 30-35 minutes at 150-170 degrees.
Served our pies. Bon appetit!
The cakes stay soft the next day.
