Pork in a soy-ginger marinade
Very tasty and flavorful dish, in which the main role is played by the marinade. It gives pork tenderloin a soft and spicy, delicate aroma.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    400 g

  • Cabbage

    500 g

  • Soy sauce

    4 Tbsp

  • Ginger

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Vinegar

    3 Tbsp

  • Brown sugar

    3 tsp

  • Dry white wine

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

Wash the meat, dry and cut into thin strips to the meat is evenly marinated.

Prepare the marinade. In a bowl, mix:soy sauce, Kikkoman, Apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, wine, ginger (grated on a fine grater), garlic (squeeze through the press).
