Cooking

step-0
In warm water with a whisk stir 3-4 tbsp flour, a pinch of sugar and pour the sachet of yeast "SAF-moment". Wait until "cap" (about 15 minutes)
step-1
To the remaining flour add the salt and sugar, egg and oil, pour the diluted yeast. The dough is put in a pot, cover with a lid or cling film and leave to rise for 1.5-2 hours. Then punch down and start cutting
step-2
From this amount of dough will come out two trees. Therefore, divide the dough into 2 halves. Take the first half divide it into 2 unequal parts - 1/3 and 2/3. One that is 2/3 - roll out into an oval and with a knife cut the barrel and crown. In part of the trunk make transverse incisions as in the photo
step-3
On the trunk I put the raisins (washed and drained)
step-4
Bends the bottom of the barrel and begin the crisscross wrap cut strips
step-5
We reach the end
step-6
Give the crown a rounded shape with a knife. Grease with butter and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Cut to ribbons (not to the end)
step-7
Each ribbon turn rolls
step-8
So come with all ribbons. It will be "flowers" of our tree
step-9
Like this put our tree on a greased baking sheet and continue forming. Of the remaining part of the generated test harness - from harness do the edges of the crown
step-10
The remaining 1/3 of the dough divide into 8-10 pieces, each roll out into thin flapjack, sprinkle with poppy seeds, turn the roulade
step-11
Roll cut along not to the end
step-12
And close the edges
step-13
These "leaves" placed in the top of the tree. Give the delay for 20 minutes and bake at 160 degrees ocllo 20-25 minutes
