Chicken with kumquat
Very tasty dish with a citrus flavor and aroma. The meat turns out tender, juicy and literally melts in your mouth!

Ingredients

  • The chicken legs

    3 piece

  • Kumquat

    10 piece

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    50 ml

  • Water

    150 ml

  • Greens

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Salt

  • Allspice

Cooking

Chicken legs cut into 2 pieces with a sharp hammer for meat. You can leave whole chunks.

Kumquat cut into rings with a sharp knife.

Onion cut into half rings or strips.

Meat fry in butter and add to it the kumquat and onion.

Add water and soy sauce.

Bring to boil, season with salt and pepper and

closing the lid, simmer on very low heat for approximately 30 minutes minutes.

In the finished dish put the chopped garlic and parsley. And let stand for 10 minutes.
