First experience making meatballs. Successful, in my opinion)

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

Finely chop the onion.

Fry the meatballs in a deep frying pan on each side until Golden brown (each side) until fully cooked. In parallel, prepare sauce, melt butter, add flour, stir and pour in the milk, stirring carefully, without lumps, I added the spices Khmeli-suneli and red pepper, salt, black pepper
