Pancake rolls with meringue
Pancakes stuffed with cottage cheese and caramelized apples... and cap meringue...

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Cinnamon

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Egg white

    4 piece

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Salt

  • Damn

    6 piece

  • Sunflower oil

  • Dark chocolate

In heated pan, greased with sunflower oil "Oleyna", make 6 thin pancakes on his favorite recipe.

For the filling: Apple peel and we shall cut small cubes.

In a pan melt the butter, put the apples, sprinkle them on top of the 1 tablespoon of sugar and a pinch of cinnamon. Cook apples on medium until they caramelized (5-10 minutes). Let the apples cool down.

In curd add the remaining 2 tablespoons of sugar (or to taste), caramel apples and a pinch of cinnamon (to taste). All carefully mix, trying not to crush the delicate apples, what would they have left pieces.

Whites with a pinch of salt will beat into a soft mousse with a mixer on medium speed until fluffy foam, then gradually add sugar, continue whipping at high speed until thick shiny mass. Protein mass will be enough for a rolls, and a whole baking sheet of meringue.

The oven, turn on heating a t 150 degrees. For each pancake put the stuffing. Turn the pancake roll and cut crosswise into 6 pieces.

Put the rolls upright on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Of pastry bag on edge of each rolls squeeze the protein mass. Put the baking sheet with the rolls in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.

Give ruletikom to cool slightly, to taste garnish with chocolate. Dessert is ready! I ask all to the table!
