Turkey rolls with cheese, sun-dried tomatoes and spinach. These rolls only with the mind is not simple, but the reality quickly! There is nothing easier than to cook this dish, especially if all you need is in the fridge. Tender, juicy rolls of Turkey breast with a spicy filling and a delicious creamy sauce - a great choice for a romantic dinner.

Cooking
The first thing I advise to put to cook the rice. I chose the amber rice in portion bags, cooking time 30 minutes is enough to cook rolls.
Half bunch of spinach (about 50 g) to put in the microwave for 1 minute or scalded with boiling water, coarsely chop. (Photo spinach after micro, reduced in volume)
Splints of Turkey breast lightly beat through the film. The thickness of the meat 1 - 1.5 cm the Meat, season with salt, Italian herbs mix, spread cream cheese, chopped tomatoes and spinach. To roll the spring rolls, wrap with cooking string.
Fry the rolls in small amount of oil for 3-5 minutes on all sides until Golden brown. Transfer to a baking dish lined with parchment paper or foil and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes at t 180-190 gr.
In the same skillet, sauté until tender leeks, sprinkle it with 1/2 teaspoon of starch and pour slowly the cream. Allow the sauce to your desired consistency.
Serve a plate - put the rice and hot sauce...
