Mackerel in mint garlic sauce
A sort of interesting fish, baked in a slow cooker in a hurry. Very tasty and spicy, incredibly fragrant.

Ingredients

  • Mackerel

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Vodka

    50 ml

  • Spices

  • Figure

    2 pack

  • Mint

    0.5 tsp

  • Ginger

    0.5 tsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Olive oil

Boil the rice in salted water as directed on the package. Mackerel wash, cut off the head and tail, remove the entrails and slice into serving pieces.

Mix all spices in a large bowl and marinate the fish for 14 min.
