Men are amazing creatures. Sent husband to the store clearly said: "Buy pink". Comes in and puts on the table the carcass... cod!! Keeping the cry of indignation, I decided to make a favorite kebabs not of salmon, and cod. And cooking me great help Darbo lingonberry sauce. With his help, I will make the marinade, and serve separately in a gravy boat.

Ingredients

  • Cod

    1.5 kg

  • Berry sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Pepper white

    0.5 tsp

  • Seasoning

    1 tsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

step-0
My fish carefully, cut up. I need fillet (alternatively you can buy ready-made fillet and speed up the cooking process). To prepare skewers of fish, I will need wooden skewers.
step-1
Make a marinade. In a bowl pour olive oil, add the cranberry sauce Darbo, all the spices. Lemon cut in half. From each half cut a 2 circle. Lay them in side (later you will cut them slices and will alternate with fish, spitted on skewers). The remaining parts of the lemon squeeze the juice, pour it into the marinade.
step-2
Carefully mix.
step-3
Fish are placed in a deep glass dish. Pour cranberry marinade. Put in the fridge for 20 minutes.
step-4
Then the cod fillet gently cut into small pieces. Skewer them and lemon slices on skewers. The skewers are placed on a baking sheet with high sides, so they "hung". Pour leftover marinade.
step-5
Grill the skewers of cod in a preheated 200 degree oven for 25-30 minutes. The finished skewers are placed on the dish. Pour cranberry sauce (and served it in a gravy boat). Bon appetit!
