Me no culinary wizard, so I will try just to present you some recipes from the Bulgarian cuisine. Start with soup, which was prepared by my grandma.

Cooking
Potatoes wash, peel, cut into cubes (amount is to your taste). Boil in the water.
Once the potatoes are cooked, put the butter...
... cheese (you can grate, but I love namyat her hands - so, in my opinion, the better it turns out), parsley, pepper and salt (careful with the salt if the feta cheese is salty - you can overdo). Cook for another five minutes.
You can make the cream soup (which I love more) with a blender and serve with bruschatymi. Approx. Instead of water use equal portions of water and milk, you can add sour cream or cream - to taste. Generally, the soup suffers variations, but I leave the original, which I remember from childhood. A pleasant appetite!
