Colorful and tasty omelet for a couple of minutes

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Spinach

    1 coup

  • Milk

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Pepper

  • Mushrooms

    4 piece

  • Bacon

    4 piece

  • Shrimp

    1 handful

  • Dutch cheese

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Basil

Vegetables wash, dry, cut into strips. In a frying pan in a tablespoon of olive oil to fry peppers, add mushrooms, then the bacon and shrimp. Cook 1.5 - 2 minutes, the pepper should remain crunchy.

Defrost the spinach, wash the eggs.

To shift the spinach, eggs, and milk in a blender, season with salt and pepper.

Whisk everything until smooth.

Cooked vegetables to remove from the pan, blot it with a paper towel. Grease the pan with olive oil using a silicone brush. Well it may burn. Pour the scrambled eggs in the pan, not to disturb. With a spatula gently lift the finished omelet, tilt the pan so that the liquid flowed to the bottom and quickly prepared. Make sure it is not burnt, then it will be a beautiful bright green color. As soon as the omelet is ready, reduce the heat to low, put on top of the bacon, shrimp and vegetables, sprinkle with grated cheese, cover for 1 minute to melt cheese. Serve sprinkled with fresh herbs. If all the ingredients are at hand, cooking this omelette in 5 minutes.
