Description

Thick winter soup
Very rich and delicious soup will warm and feed the family in the cold winter. Not difficult and not expensive.

Ingredients

  • Broth

    500 ml

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Butter

    3 Tbsp

  • Milk

    300 ml

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Beef

    300 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Cut the beef into small pieces. The smaller the pieces, the better, i.e. the beef has time to boil, and the soup more palatable pieces. If you like bigger pieces, then stew them until tender separately.

Potatoes peel and cut into small cubes so it cooks fast and even a little seethe. Add it to the meat.

As small as you can chop the onions (preferably through a meat grinder or in a blender), and herbs are also chopped finely. Add to potatoes and meat.

Cover with water or broth. Season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until meat and potatoes are cooked, about 15-20 minutes.

In a separate saucepan, melt the butter.

Pour the flour on medium heat mix well until a homogeneous dense mass. Then pour back the milk and stir thoroughly to avoid lumps. Stirring constantly, over low heat, bring to a boil.

Add the resulting mass to cooked meat and potatoes. Stirring constantly, bring again to a boil.

Serve with croutons, crackers or just with fresh bread. Bon appetit.
