Stuffed pumpkin is no surprise, but I still try. This pumpkin, it's easy ostrinkoy, nourishing, from the available products. A "spaghetti&a mp;quot; pumpkin surprise you very much. Cooked in Tex-Mex style.

Cooking
Pumpkin-spaghetti is half-tavern, half-pumpkin, small, elongated yellow fruit. It corresponds with the title – more precisely, not the pumpkin, and its flesh: after heat treatment the fibers become thick and long, just like pasta (Internet). The pumpkin is cut into two parts, to remove coarse fibers and seeds (seeds don't throw away, they'll come in handy). Season with salt and pepper to taste and bake until done. It took me 45 minutes at 180C.
About 15 minutes until cooked pumpkin start preparing the filling. Onion cut into cubes, fry in vegetable oil for 2 min.
Finely chop garlic, add to the onions, fry for 1 min.
Bell pepper cut into cubes, add to the onions with the garlic.
Add the tomato paste, hot pepper and beans. I have it very hot, had to add only a half. Fry 3-5 min.
Remove from the heat. Allow to cool 5 minutes. Add cilantro and cheese (leave some cheese to sprinkle on top).
Mix well. That's what happened.
I present to you two options for submission. First: Take one half pumpkin half and stuffed with toppings. Sprinkle part of the cheese that we kept (this option we will return later).
And second, take a fork and scrape the pulp of the second half of a pumpkin. It's incredible: with a fork our pumpkin turns into a small "spaghetti". This is done very simply and easily.
Now add our "spaghetti" to the rest of the stuffing and mix.
Nafarshiruyte second "empty" half of the pumpkin. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake both halves 15 min. Serve hot. Before serving, sprinkle with cilantro. Bon appetit.
We prefer the first option, as there are every myself scraping the flesh =), eating becomes very funny. Even the "spaghetti" nice crunched, but in the second option they are more tender. Suggest you to prepare both, and then decide what you like more. PS And before you sit down, spread out pumpkin seeds on protven and sprinkle with spice mixture. I have garlic salt and pepper mixture. And duhovochku. What a beauty it turned out, we were eating with the skin on (just kidding=) ).
