Stewed potatoes with pork in honey and soy sauce
Somehow my eye caught a book with recipes of the Royal cuisine. Of course I immediately wanted to try. A little editing the recipe, I cooked it according to modern technologies. The result was so delicious that I just had to share it with you. Turns out tender potatoes with flavorful meat, lightly caramelized in honey and soy sauce... mmmmmm... the tale, not the dish. A real treat for the Tsar.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    1 kg

  • Potatoes

    1 kg

  • Bow white

    2 piece

  • Curry

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Soy sauce

    6 Tbsp

  • Honey

    6 Tbsp

Cooking

Pork wash and dry it.

Cut it into serving pieces and put into a container where it will marinate.

Cut the onion, adding it to our meat.

Then take the honey. As you can see, I have a little sugar, so I put it in the microwave to heat to become liquid and more evenly distributed in our meat.

Then pour it straight into the saucepan with the meat.

There also send soy sauce

Well all the pepper, salt, add curry and stir. Remove the meat in the fridge for 1 hour so that it marinated.

An hour later: peel Potatoes and cut in large pieces, add to meat, add salt it all together and leave for 15 minutes.

Put everything in a sleeve for baking, fix, make a few punctures on the top of the sleeve and put into the oven on a slow fire.

After 50 min. we can enjoy delicious potatoes with pork that just melts in your mouth.
