Description

Wet Italian zucchini pie
DOLCE SFORMATO di zucchini. Easy cake in a Cup of coffee. Moist inside with a light fried crust on the outside.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    260 g

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Sugar

    120 g

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Olive oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Basil

    1 tsp

  • Peanuts

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Zucchini cut into small dice.

Mix butter, milk, egg, Basil and whip.

Add to liquid mixture of sugar, flour, nuts, baking powder and mix well. Add the zucchini.

Pour the batter into a greased form and bake for 20 – 30 minutes at 180 * C
