Cheese bagels with dates and jam
Soft dough without adding yeast, which can be used for baking bagels... the Filling can be any.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Sunflower oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Jam

    100 g

  • Sugar

    80 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Cards

    200 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

Cooking

Egg, sugar, vanilla, cheese, butter, stir into a homogeneous mass, add flour mixed with baking powder. Knead the dough until dense elastic ball.

Divide the dough into 3 parts. 2 parts put in the fridge, with one work.

Roll cake thickness of 5-7 mm, cut a circle (I have dia. 24 cm), all the trim "rolled -" to this circle. Cut the circle into 8 triangles.

Lubricate the triangles jam.

Spread on top of the wide edge date

And roll up the bagel. Date optionally can be filled with jam, as I have.

Put the bagels on the parchment (greased), brush with egg yolk (+1 tbsp water) and place in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes at 190 C. t I got a 24 bagel.
